Looking Back to Get Ahead: Lessons Learned with a UH Entrepreneurship Degree

  • Fred J Heyne Building, room 43 Cullen Boulevard Houston, TX United States (map)

This Tuesday, February 12th, Matt Woodhill, ex CEO president will be telling us a bit about his experiences.

Matt Woodhill received a B.B.A in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston in 2007, was the President of UH CEO, and was awarded the Outstanding Undergraduate of his class at Bauer.

He began his post-graduate career with 8 years in software consulting and San Francisco startups, before burning out and going on a quest of self-discovery that led him to dusty days at Burning Man arts festival, delivering personal development courses alongside shamans in Peru, and coming home to reconnect with family and start his own. He is currently developing a health insurance agency here in Houston.

He will be telling us what he’s learned from an Entrepreneurship degree and a couple of years of being out into the world.

We will be meeting in the Fred J Heyne Building, room 43.

See you there!
